Our father Kealoha .D. Kaio Sr. was the greatest man, father, grandfather, husband, hard worker, and a quit dad. We will always remember him, he will always been in our hearts and mind forever. He has a loving heart, no matter what life style he lived, he was always there for those who really know him well. Our dad was always in our mind and prayers, no matter what he did to our mom. He was mostly wanted at all times. He has left our mom in 1987 or maybe later, but some where around there. He has lived a life with lot's of temptation on himself, but still his been in our prayers always. His immediate children would like to thank Our Heavenly Father for all the blessing's he has helped our father live through out his life here on earth. Through all his sickness, and hard time here on earth, Kealoha has always been there for his children, no-matter what he has gone through. Now our dad is in good hands, and he will always be remembered in our hearts. He is now with Our Heavenly Father looking down at his children. Now he can realize all the good times we have spent together through out his life here on earth. We love him and miss him alot, and we will always remember the good times we all spent with eachother. Before I close, I would like to quote a verse in; D & C section 4:1-7. Please read this section, it is all true about our dad. While on this earth, he has served a full-time mission, and now he is the best missionary up in heaven. Thank's to all who new this great man, he was one in a million, and know one can replace our dad; Kealoha .D. Kaio Sr. " WE LOVE YOU DAD FOREVER MORE. " Mommie loves you too, and will always remember you and her many children's. Thanks!

Through the course of my father, Kealoha Daniel Kaio Sr. I believe that he was obligated to the choices he made through, care and giving all the love he has always held throughout his well lived life. I am blessed and thankful for all the love and support that my father has recieved from each and everyone of you. I believe that my Father had fulfilled all his obligations and left the rest up to us, to pass on to our siblings. With all respect, I applaud my Mother, Marie L. Kaio for being a strong women.

Well first of all dad was everybody's dad, if you all know what I mean. I loved him so very much. He has been with me for about 9 to 10 months and I am so lucky to have the oppurtunity to care for my dad. My children had the time to also spend time with their grandpa. He loved to watch his grandson play football, and he also love watching his grand daughter play volleyball. Dad was and is a big supporter for my children. We all really enjoyed him so very much. Well its time for me to say good bye and remember that dad will always be in our hearts and in our prayers. WE LOVE YOU DAD. (Kealoha D. Kaio Sr.)............

Aloha nou to everyone that have sent their comments about our Uncle Kealoha Kaio Sr. what a wonderful man he loved everyone and left many good memories with everyone that has met him and became part of his life. He is a man of many gifts, he was a good Father, Grand-Father, Great-Grand-Father,and a good friend also he was our BEST Uncle that existed in our KAIO OHANA what an example to all his many nieces and nephews he grew up with him and cherished the moments that we have spent with him. He also loved his other family that he lived with for 17 years, he loved and cared alot for those children too. No one can take away the many treasures he left behind and we will always now remember them and I am grateful to him for showing me how to love people unconditional. He is with his family who have waited patiently for him to come home now without pain and riding the surf and probably busy doing the work that needs to be done. He is quiet but very effective, he loved everyone and I hope that everyone learned from him. He was also a very good fisherman too. He is truly a OG'S OF LAIE.......Mahalo to everyone who wrote about this wonderful, wonderful man, I will always miss him alot and will always cherish the many times that I have spent with him through all the good times and the bad times he made sure that I was always taken care of both myself and Lincoln played a very big part in his life. If he could say what he wanted to say it would be LOVE ONE ANOTHER...... those simple words for such a simple man. As our Father in Heaven ask the world to do LOVE ONE ANOTHER..... aloha me kealoha ..... aunty kela

Kealoha Kaio, Sr. IS my dad whom I love and miss still. He shared his fatherhood with everybody -- he was a father figure to all who knew him and respected him because of his generosity and kindness. He taught me to surf, to fish but, didn't teach me to drink! *L* I'm glad that I was also born with that same desire as his to surf, to fish and to take care of my family.
I went to Greg Noll's birthday in Haleiwa where he honored surfers who have since past away like my dad, Tiger, etc. Although I wasn't there when they paddled out, it was really good to meet Greg aka The Bull and other surfers.
Surfing is and will always be my greatest passion.
Dad daLegend....I will always love and remember you!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Kealoha was and incredible person. I lived in Laie, across from PCC, when I was little. I still have a picture of my dad, Eddie Higgins, sitting on a bench talking. He'd bring a fish or two by when he came back in. He and Haka were so good to us. I don't remember a lot from when I was little, but I remember all the kids-such a big family and they were so important to him. My love to your family and know that your father is with Heavenly Father watching over you all.
Aloha nui loa,
Kathi

I am so sorry for being late on paying my respects to Uncle Kealoha. I loved him very much! I remember when my dad use to go with him on the boat for fishing. They would come back with so much fish! He would take all us kids for a ride on the boat before the end of the day. It was so fun! I also remember when Uncle Kealoha and Aunty Haka them would come to my Tutu's house for play cards. All day, all night for days! Was good fun. Break time or when they out they would go surf. I loved it. Those were the good old days. So many many years ago. I love you Uncle. May you shine upon us with your love.
Aloha!
